Paessler PRTG Site Planner Tool

The Site Planner Tool helps you to plan your PRTG Network Monitor Installation. Hardware requirements mainly depend on the intervals and number of sensors plus - for Packet Sniffing and NetFlow sensors - on the monitored bandwidth. This tool will give you an indication for the expected RAM usage for Core and Probe, expected disk usage and recommended CPU performance.

For the CPU power the results of this tool should be used as a guidance range only, you may see higher or lower requirements depending on the actual usage.
